A genetic module in rice protects chloroplasts to enhance thermotolerance (science.org)

I removed 'at one locus' before 'in rice' due to the characters limit. That aside, this is interesting since with th climate change upon us, we need better crops that can withstand higher temperature. The discovery might help us engineered them.
