Pandemic lockdowns made rush-hour speeding, risky driving the new normal (iihs.org)

Since lockdowns coincided with the beginning of the pandemic, and since the risky driving continued after the lockdowns ended, I'm not seeing any evidence to suggest that the lockdowns are to blame.
