The bill is out on GitHub but I will be darned if I can find it. Appreciate if anyone has the URL. Bloomberg has a story on it but I lack a subscription to read it. Disappointed that all the other stories do not mention GitHub, not even the Wall Street Journal which is a bit of a disappointment.
