Huh. And "was involved in a motor vehicle, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or watercraft accident" was changed to "was involved in a motor vehicle crash, or snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or watercraft accident", so it really is only supposed to affect automobile crashes.

Yeah, that's really interesting. And if you search through the document, you can see that this wasn't a search/replace exercise. They (or maybe a few interns) actually went through the entire body of law and only made changes to specific locations.
