[–] WithinReason 4y ago ↗ I always wondered if you even need to put a cooler on a chip when using immersion cooling or if you can just let the liquid get boiled by the bare chip, that image finally answered my question. [–] jabl 4y ago ↗ I think neither. You just pump the liquid around, heat gets transferred via convection, and eventually the liquid goes through a heat exchanger.
