I was prepared for a laugh, but I think this is just the production of an intelligent crank. Anyone have reason to believe otherwise?
It amazes me how many people in the 99th percentile of intelligence think they're really 99.9999999th percentile (one in a billion if I can count), and delude themselves into thinking they've solved some major problem despite a complete lack of positive feedback from other intelligent people.
