Ask HN: Has your team migrated to Matrix?

If so, what has your experience been like? If not, what's holding you back?

We're in the process of de-Googling and the team enjoyed test-driving Matrix as an alternative to Google Chat over the last few weeks. The only thing that's currently holding us back is our beloved in-house chat bot that uses the Google Chat API.
