US Space Force establishes new unit to track 'threats in orbit' (space.com)

LoL, I forgot there was a 'Space Force' ... What do we need the others for now? Hasnt it been a top down system? Air force grew out from army, crayon eaters and CG from the navy. A space force should be able to handle it all ... im dreading 12 different agencies invading from a space ship and arguing all the way down who is in command.

That's funny, they claim to have been doing this all along. And yet somehow these are only tentative plans being explored now?

I wonder what we were paying them for before.
