The bit about the logos is something that really resonates with me, and that I definitely notice — they feel like a waste of my time, space and attention. Actually I don't even care for larger studio logos in trailers. I prefer to judge the trailer on its own merit.

It's not just limited to trailers. It's worse on physical objects, as the logos are now using you as an advertising vehicle. Clothing, laptops, are particularly egregious examples.

But back to point. Logos in trailers are just a waste, wholeheartedly agree.

Also those screens with positive reviews surrounded by the leaves. I'm not sure if those are effective on audiences, but they feel like the same realm of time 'wastage'.
