good idea but: it is impossible to enforce as remote access control requires deep, competent and honest 24/24 7/7 monitoring.
There is way worse than facebook: linkedin, microsoft should not be allowed to own such database as it gives them a clearcut unfair advantage as being "all-knowing" about the professional networks of ppl (or at least good chunks of them).
