I don't have a lot of pity. People turn in to psychos when it comes to their pets. You have to be a special brand of stupid to treat the only people who can keep your pet alive like garbage.

Sounds like these clinics are simply not charging enough, and not paying staff enough either. If they are choked with excessive demand then why not just increase prices until equilibrium is reached?
