So, a bad upgrade causes traffic overload, yes.

Then the system just shuts down? It's the CEO, so I don't expect super tech details, but this isn't how things work. At all.

Since we got our network running again today, the router keeps disconnecting/reconnecting over and over again. It's happened at least 10 times today. So at 10:20pm they still don't have it fully operational yet.
