FYI, a part time job for a programmer is a bad deal for the programmer. Programming is a variable output profession. It's very hard to produce at a high level all the time since you have to solve very different problems on a regular basis. Managers will be expecting an X level of output from you as a part time programmer but you will have less time to think about the solution so to make-up for it you'll be working additional hours for free.
If you want part time look into contracting for defined projects. It's better for every one involved.
