Carbon-Negative Cement Made from Algae in World First (weforum.org)

What is it neutral or negative? The link says neutral the title negative. Big difference actually.

So is this a genetically modified algae that will begin filling our oceans with cement once it gets out in the wild? Or some sort of controlled process involving naturally occuring algae? Really, this link plays more like an advert for world economic forum than infos

It is not going to fill the oceans with cement, it is a naturally occurring algae. I would like more information about how you get limestone and not just powdery calcium carbonate.
