I am wondering if he loses in the chancery court quickly, what are his options?

Can he appeal it in higher courts? If so, how many times can he appeal at different levels? Can this be appealed all the way to Supreme court?

I ask because both parties have practically unlimited money for legal teams and Musk will definitely want to drag it as long as he can if he loses in the Chancery court.
