If you were opposed to Twitter acquisition, what do you think of the lawsuit?

How do you know that Musks strategy is to delay or renegotiate? As far as I know that is speculation from your end, so you're basically saying you understand your own reasoning.

I was not opposed to it, but the buyout attempt made me delete my account: I realized that I, and other Twitter users, were creating value for Whoever owned it. Does that count?

If it does... I'm in favor of the suit. It looks like Musk committed to a deal favorable to Twitter shareholders, and is backing out because he figured that out. Looks like Twitter called his bluff. The lawsuit is just consequences.

The bot excuse for not buying Twitter is ridiculous. Every social media platform has a bot problem. It’s not hard to buy SIM cards in bulk, and setup hundreds of accounts for the purposes of spam or even disinformation campaigns. Twitter regularly weeds out those accounts over time (typically by looking at how the bots behave). So the bot excuse of bailing on the deal is not really warranted.

For me the ideal situation is Musk doesn't buy twitter but still has to pay out tens of billions in damages.
