He keeps asserting that the excess deaths are not attributable to COVID, but offers no proof or corroboration. Wouldn't the simple explanation be that COVID deaths are under attributed? That would be an easy assumption to make in the USA, given reports of county coroner's that don't report deaths as from COVID.
