The title of the article has nothing to do with its content. It is bunch of quotes from talking heads who have idea what they are talking about ... ending the piece with the plea for developed world banks financing 'sustainable' and 'renewable' developments in the developing world.

[What are 'we' to sustain? Who decides on the roles? At which level? over which time period? what is exactly mean by renewable? There are non-renewables that are sustainable and renewables that are non-sustainable]

Why are we fed this kind of empty vapor of an article under such a hyperbolic and meaningless headline?
