Not strictly climate change, but realted to it: Sustainable energy without the hot air is great, freely available. But the numbers used for estimates are out of date. I think there was an effort to update it but I can't remember who the newer author was.
Yes, it really likes the numbers for tidal energy. Since the book was published, Korea, France, and the UK have mostly abandoned it after a cost benefit analysis. It has gained little traction.
