Let them fight! With any luck, the legal costs will bankrupt them both.
With a five day trial set in only a few months, most likely the costs will not be astronomical.

From the arguments, Musk’s team plans on spending tons of money on experts focusing on the spam issue, whereas Twitter is sidestepping it as non-relevant. Twitter’s costs will be much lower, they just need to print out a few posters of Musk’s poop emoji tweet as proof he breached the contract.

Wouldn't it be most fun if twitter racks up couple dozen billion in legal debt and then musk still has to pay stock owners the full price.
