Small Changes for Big SQLite Performance Increases (whylabs.ai)

I've been using sqlite for my recent projects but one thing I miss from postgres are connection pooling client libraries. I work with JS/TS but the nodejs runtime model doesn't really allow a multiprocess shared connection pool.
