Microsoft Teams is down – worldwide?

Singapore, Australia, NZ & Japan confirmed so far.

My partner is still in her meeting in Teams and managed to disconnect and rejoin it. Seems a little odd.

2nd edit: seems to be restored though in the last 30 minutes or so I've been logged off and couldn't log back in again for 2-3 minutes on two occasions. Seems to me the service is flapping still.

Calls are working for us, but not text chat.
Sydney; was able to join a call on my phone that someone requested me to join, but I cannot open the app on desktop at all.
Same issues out of Orange County, Irvine, California, US.
Adelaide, South Australia: Teams messages not getting through, been like this for a bit over an hour

Title: Users can't access Microsoft Teams

User Impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams.

More info: Reported impact scenarios include, but may not be limited to, the inability to access to the service, initiate messaging, calling, and meetings.

The desktop app may sign in successfully, though all functionalities may be down, and users may see the following message: “We ran into a problem. Reconnecting…” Users leveraging the web client may see a message stating “Operation failed with unexpected error.”

Current status: Our investigation has determined that a recent deployment contained a broken connection to an internal storage service. We’re working to direct traffic to a healthy service to remediate the impact to Teams. In parallel, we’re exploring other options to mitigate impact as quickly as possible.

Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any user attempting to utilize the Microsoft Teams service.
