Pre built (apt install) Bochs has a major bug in Ubuntu 22.04 (stackoverflow.com)

I started out to do some OS development and stumbled upon this bug. I have fought it for nearly three days and finally go bochs working via building it from scratch in my ubuntu. Other people also confirmed my suspicion.

> No bug, bochs just stops at the first instruction. You should type c to let it run.

So is it a major bug, or not?
