Ask HN: My fav artist's Twitter account is shadow banned in US. What can I do?

I know this is a long shot, but I've tried all the other channels to no avail.

The artist is ClariS (https://twitter.com/claris_staff ), from Japan.

They once wanted to be cute and changed their birthday to their debut date. Got account suspended. They eventually got the account back after a few months, but since then, their account is shadow banned in the US and some other countries like EU.

If you check their page, you can see no followers or followings; you can "follow" them, but only find it gone after refreshing. And you obviously won't get any tweets in your timeline.

I've contacted Twitter support numerus times, not helpful. I tried to contact their staff too but they obviously don't speak English and didn't reply.

Tell them about mastodon.jp or pawoo.net. Also, does this artist post lolicon or shotacon imagery at all? That shit tends to look like kiddie porn outside of Japan. Also, they need their own website. Being shadow banned is the price you pay for being a digital sharecropper and trying to build your audience on a platform you don't own or control.
No, it's a musician, in Sony Music.
Well, they still need their own website. I'm only a little surprised that Sony Music hasn't impressed upon them the importance of having one or set one up for them.
Wouldn't they notice they have zero followers and just start a new account?
It only happens in the US, their profile is normal if you use Japan IP.
Use Nitter[1], turn the Japanese profile link into an RSS feed, and then you can read through the entries with your favorite RSS reader. I have a big OPML file with all the people I like on Twitter, and browse everyone's least-favorite hellsite that way.
