For 12 Hours, Was Part of Apple’s Network Hijacked by Russia’s Rostelecom? (manrs.org)

From my reading, the answer seems to be yes, but Apple launched mitigations already after 5 hours.

My ISP is Rostelecom and here they have the reputation of being a pretty crappy provider (probably because it's a monopoly in a lot of places), so a mistake is a possible reason, it's something Rostelecom could do.

It was, and let's keep pretending like the Russian invasion of Ukraine has nothing to do with that (or other tech news about Russia).
