This site was shared and made it to the front page here some days ago. Unfortunately, it is currently over its bandwidth limit.
I was bummed to see that. Is bandwidth for something like a text-based wiki still that huge a problem?
For shared hosting (IDK what wikienigma uses), pretty much yes? People offering them are such cheapskates (and fans of dodgy "security" solutions). I remember that one of the hosting providers that I used simply cut out many countries that have good reputation (think Western Europe). I would advise anybody to steer out of shared hosting, any VPS would do much better for not much more money.
