[–] cultofmetatron 3y ago ↗ me too, built my startup i elixir and aside from a few small inconveniences, its been a knock out of the park.1. developer time sits between nodejs and rails2. performance smashes nodejs and rails by a lot.3. genserver/OTP is seriously awesome and lets you solve problems in hours that would take days and meetings in nodejs or rails.4. channels/websockets are second to none. rails and node are a joke compared to what phoenix offers.
