Looks like it's about the same size as the Zenfone 9 currently on the homepage here. Given it's a fraction of the price and has quite a few pros that probably appeal a lot to the small phone market I figured I'd just make a new thread to raise awareness about it some. Not for everyone but really seems like a close to ideal phone for a lot of people who are otherwise quite annoyed with modern selections.
- MIL-STD-810H compliant, designed for heavy duty outdoors work, so really shouldn't need a cover
- dual sim
- can easily swap batteries
- IP68 despite removable back
- is likely to get at least another 2 years support from Samsung (possibly more given it's an enterprise device; iirc they still do security patches occasionally for the S8 Active)
Cons include the "small" 5.3 inch screen and only one rear camera. It's very very much a functional phone in design.
