Having ran what I considered a good company blog (the PIA blog back in the day) and since I now run what I consider to be a good personal blog, I have a simple thought to share:
A personal blog has one layer of accountability and likely no lawyers telling you what you can't write about and only yourself to tell you what you can/want to write about. A company blog has multiple layers of accountability and likely multiple people telling you what you can/should write about on top of lawyers telling you what you can't write about.
Exactly, a blog should read as though it comes from one voice. People can subconciously tell if more than one author is involved in a piece of written work.

Would it be possible to share a link?
Thanks.
