I build a small, niche, Web server, and I love the idea of this. I'm thinking of implementing an (optional to site developers, but on by default) built-in page (called something like /forgetsite) to just trigger this header.
Or perhaps /forgetme which could trigger a server-side equivalent in addition on to
Client side clean out.
I suppose i run the risk of someone else using my phone, and doing it maliciously when I'm not looking, but that seems like not-a-problem.
