Lyft emailed me today and indicated that they’re terminating the old discount plan (universal 15% discount on all rides) in favor of a new one (0% discount on cheapest tier, 5%+ discount otherwise).
I considered this interesting to HN because of the possible implications the discount change could indicate for their financials and overall business health.
