Not a great headline. She has stepped down as COO but will continue to be work as an employee until September. After that she will stay on as a board member, also paid.

So she hasn’t “definitively left”, just isn’t serving in her previous day-to-day powerful position anymore.

“Ms. Sandberg will continue as an employee of the Company through September 30, 2022”

The headline is directly contradicted in the SEC filing.
