In its defense, the page does explicitly say that it gets you nowhere. The only link that does work is the one that wants something from you. The rest just say they ignore your input after promising to take you somewhere.

Its like a tiny little allegory of modern politics playing out right in front of you. If I were still in middle school, I'd jam my ipad into a shoebox and turn it in as a diorama on American politics.

So they didn't QA the 404 page... this is not very interesting news.
