Ask HN: What privacy respecting mobile analytics platforms are legit?

Been awhile since I've started a Greenfield project with the opportunity to make a decision about what services we use. I'm currently exploring options and would prefer an open core or open source solution. I've used Mixpanel in the past, but the amount of information it collects creeped me out. What options are y'all using nowadays?
