What a downgrade, in a country where data cap is not a thing, that's a surprising move
ADSL coverage is also massive [1]
Why would one want to subscribe to Starlink over there?
3G is available everywhere, without datacap [2]
To me this sounds like they have not lot of consumers, there is no market for it, and are preparing an escape plan, and move some satellite elsewhere
The money the actual customers are spending would be better spent in local infrastructure to increase the 5G or ADSL/VDSL2 coverage, instead of throwing the money in a foreign capital that will invest elsewhere instead
That kind of service would be better here in Bali (indonesia), not in a country with proper internet coverage, and even then i don't think people will accept data caps, it really is an american only mindset
I think it's the exact opposite. They seem to have too many customers. Adsl isn't comparative speed wise.
I find it interesting the 10€ per 100GB and the discount by 50€. So if you have the same €100 euro budget then you can buy 750GB now vs unlimited before. This presumably might indicate that their average unlimited user uses more than or equals to 750GB which is a bit above domestic average in Europe, but not much.
