Advice on selling company and domain name

I need some advice on selling my company. I own a socially responsible web hosting company for entrepreneurs and it has been in business for a over a year. It has great seo rankings and decent revenue. I don't know whether or not I should sell the whole company or try and sell the domain separate and then sell the clients to another web hosting company? Any thoughts or tips?
