Ask HN: Best Webcam These Days?

I'm looking for a webcam to replace my nearly decade-old Logitech C920, which washes out color and has a middling mic.

I don't care as much about resolution as autofocus quality and high/low light performance and color balance.

It needs to work in Linux. (Most do, from what I can tell.). Any recommendations?

This is ot but related to your Ask HN about private browsing and keeping tabs between sessions. So, Brave browser does exactly that and more. Check it out.
