Any reason the great states of South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia would be excepted as remote locales. I assume tax or employment standards that are prohibitive ?
I don't know - I've seen job ads reference the Colorado law when disclosing salary ranges.

But it's the first time I see an ad specifically exclude US states for remote work
