Join Everyme (YC S11) and make the address book social (RoR)

At Everyme, we are on a mission to change the way people stay in touch with their favorite people. We are completely reinventing how people experience their address book, and even what an address book is. Our team is very small so your work will have an enormous impact. Including the 2 founders who are both engineers (iOS & web), we only have one other full-time engineer (Android) and a designer.

For our Ruby on Rails engineering position, we are looking for someone who can work up and down the web stack, who can pick up new languages quickly, and stays up-to-date with the latest web technologies. We need a smart, experienced generalist who can work with us on the servers one day and optimize complex algorithms the next.

Skills/experience required:

- Ruby on Rails/Javascript

- Experience scaling a web service

- Experience with at least one of these: MongoDB, MySQL sharding, OOP Javascript
