Also not well informed, but doesn’t tesla use radar for this sort of auto breaking, seems easy to believe there are solid looking things that radar doesn’t sense, the dummy here looked very light
Tesla dropped radars completely a while ago, their plan is to "solve" everything with cameras ...
It does seem odd this gets public right when Musk sells his shares… he just wants to buy back in at a decent price i bet, lol.
As pointed out by user "space_fountain" below, this test was done by a competitor and may not be using autopilot or self-driving beta. My apologies. I should have pointed that out in the title.
