Why is the US so schizophrenic over the question of the Republic of China??
The US must make its mind up whether the Republic of China is a province of the Peoples' Republic of China or not. The US says time and time again that it believes in the the 'One China Policy' then performs acts which demonstrate that it doesn't believe in the 'One China Policy'.
It's no wonder that most countries now believe that the US either lies deliberately, or it will eventually renege on whatever agreement it makes.
"Untrustworthy" is the word that most people now use about the US.
