Well yes, but the 'market' is just normal employees. They understand 1) email and 2) excel for lists and data entry. No formula excel writing.
They will never do 'no-code' programming or anything else except at gunpoint.
They will never willingly open powershell and type "get-childitem". They will not discover nor find interest setting up in email filter rules or email templates. Not clicking on obvious phishing is a triumph, as in figuring out Julie from Accounting isn't sending them an email even though they know everyone in acconting and none of them are named Julie.
