A BMI of 30 is not overweight - it's obese[0].

The CDC declares[1] that, "obesity worsens outcomes from COVID-19"; it "increases the risk of severe illness from COVID-19", "may triple the risk of hospitalization due to a COVID-19 infection", and is "linked to impaired immune function".
