As I said elsewhere[1], just wish we saw some on-package ram options in the future too. This is really neat, and I hope they have success & high yields assembling so many chips- that would be groundbreaking. But from a system-building perspective, one of the most liberating/freeing things we can do is elimiate the many board-traces to ram & rams boardspace, & potentially with more direct channels we can possibly use less power at the same time.
