This post is weird, not the type to upvote, but even harder to downvote. It will sit there and some day trend I think, and it will be weird that it does. Let's hope it doesn't trend. I will downvote it. Without influencing the votes or i would get banned for it. At least someone can point out how is it possible for the same lentils to have 30% of protein and also 9% in the same content or I'm not getting it. Maybe some other things aren't quite right although most add up.
Why not both?
They can't be cooked together right? Two pots, 2 stoves or double the time. Better switch between rice and lentils every other day or every day me think.but yea , why not mix them. Maybe because then, let's just mix something else with either rice or lentils. Not sure what blends well and complement them well.
How about a 50/50 mix?
Good idea. But the title of the article kind of implies the concept. Not exactly mixed, but a layer of lentils over a layer of rice, even say 80%20% would do too, the other commenter keeps simple, let's do both. Rice over lentils counts as valid presentation too I suppose.
All that layering stuff ... it's a bit too complex for me :-)
