This seems absurd. This is another submarine PR hit for a billionaire with commercial real estate holdings in London, isn't it?
It's not just working from home. How are singles supposed to meet when restaurants and bars are closed and people are ordered not to socialize in groups indoors, as happened during lockdowns? Women and especially men may resort to porn as an outlet.
Looking at exponential world population growth makes me fear that: We will only become MORE risk averse, more afraid of contagious illness, and more reliant on Digital work/ entertainment. Do your part to stop the Spread, by staying home and keeping eyes glued to your Screens...
World population is no longer growing much or even falling, except in Africa.
Wrong, Africa, India, China are growing. And half of Africans plan on migrating to Europe, thus growing Europe's population as well. As for the USA, 4 million migrants from God knows where have bolstered our pop as well.

"World populaion is maybe even falling" lmao

The notion that lockdowns/remote work did not reduce in-person relationships / sexual activity seems unreasonable.

If wfh increased use of the internet, or zoom, or whatever it makes obvious sense that it would have also increased porn viewership.

Not every take on the impact of wfh is a corporation or real estate conspiracy.

Rather than another "Back to the office" screed, this appears to be an advertisement for "Dr" (PsyD, not MD) Paula Hall's various clinics for keeping hands out of pants.
Sample question:

> Do you find yourself struggling to concentrate on other areas of your life because of thoughts and feelings about your sexual behaviour?

The question is somewhat meta, it can be quickly read as "are you distracted by thinking about sex" and more carefully as "are you distracted by the impact of your thinking about your sexual behavior"? If everyone interpreted it as the latter, I'd be impressed, and astonished if the percentage was more than very small.

I think most guys between the ages of 17 and 30 will honestly answer yes most days of the week, they're frequently distracted by thinking about sex. I recall a statistic like on average they'd (we'd) think about sex every seven minutes or so. I guess traditionally the British don't think about sex, so more than once a day would seem out of control?

Given the amount of comments on here, I take it as a signal that there is some credibility to this WFH induced porn consumption increase theory.
