I think many of us wish Twitter wasn't a company at all...

Maybe he should donate all the money he made from Twitter as a company to setting up a new protocol?

Twitter was a great idea, the issue is at some point the company decided it wasn't going to implement bot countermeasures that did anything meaningful, and that it was going to allow anyone willing to pay an advertising fee to use it as an advertising platform without proper vetting.
