I would like to use my scrap time more effectively, What are the actions you can do daily in 5 mins or less that has the potential to change your life. some of my examples (Review reading list, Review goals, send a response, read an article, find a key hire, understand something u do, Donte the 5 mins, ask a question, make a plan, connect with someone, etc... )
