AKS (Kubernetes) has issues worldwide. As a customer I can say some of our clusters are completely down (control plane + nodes) while other are just prefect.
I was having problems with nodes (stopping and starting AKS helped), connection to container registry and internal connection between nodes and persistent volumes.
It's still running, but I don't touch it without need of emergency right now.
