Eyeballing the results, DALL-E is clearly the winner particularly with the weirder requests, although it (on purpose) won't generate real people. Stable Diffusion is still pretty good and less censored, while Midjourney is often poor quality or straight up wrong -- occasionally in amusing ways (see "shark eating a cheeseburger"), but clearly not following the prompt.
